Terrible flat chalky grocery store colorWowwww, this color was bad. My ends were literally matte black. The Demi has faded, expected, but to a terrible brassy color. I asked to reformulate and was given the same color? And instructions to only color my roots? So I should leave the mid length brassy, die the roots chalky black. Great solution! Terrible to deal withI only wanted to try the colour once but Ive been sent another one and asked to pay customs charge of almost €10 I've tried to cancel after first order but website is so difficult to use and option not there to cancel. Terrible colorI have been using esalon for a while now. And at first my color was awesome. And the coverage was amazing. I felt beautiful after coloring my hair. Simple instructions fast shipping. But after a few shipments my hair started being a yellow color (not blonde but yellow) and my grey hair looked more predominate..so I emailed my colorist and she adjusted the color. My hair looks worse and the grey hair. Well u can see almost everyone of them suckers. :( I am not sure what happened between my first few orders to now. Colorist did not read my noteI had a couple of orders and LOVED my color. I did not order for a while and when I ordered again I thought I said all the same things but the color was very fake looking red. A red that is very unnatural. For my next ordered I looked up my previous color and put that in the note and I received the same FAKE UGLY RED! I really liked the original color so I’m willing to try one more time.. but it’s impossible to even contact anyone so im not going to hold my breath. Too bad.
