If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Awful customer servicePlease contact any company but this company. I contacted this company three times to say I wanted to speak with someone before shipment and twice, the company disregarded my request. Three orders were billed and sent to me anyway. This is poor service and unethical asks the girl I spoke with today was less than helpful and when she could have corrected this issue, as usual, nothing was done. Not black or blueI had high hopes for this after my roommate suggested it….but this didn’t color my dark brown hair black or blue despite the vibrancy I saw while coloring it. The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is because it did cover some of my grays. Not sure if I should adjust the color again or just call it quits and get a refund. Not worth the hassle or the priceI've used this color several times now and I've arrived at the conclusion that it's no better than a regular, drugstore box color. It actually leaves my hair feeling more damaged than the $12 John Frieda color. The only difference is the eSalon color is much more complicated to use and the process is a much bigger mess. Plus, have mercy does it stink!!! Lastly, it's no more durable than the cheaper at-home colors. I start noticing grays reappearing in as little as two weeks.
