The colour did not cover my greyI was so excited about having a custom colour as I had taken to mixing two different shades of standard hair colour to cover my grey. I am no stranger to hair colouring and did not anticipate any issues. I left the product on for 5 minutes over the recommendation. Sadly it only half covered the grey and now I have to wait a few days before I colour again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not as good as I had hopedThe packaging and products were of a high quality however it did not lighten my hair as much I would of hoped and it was quite gingerish, a shame as I had high hopes 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn’t work for meThis product didn’t cover my gray at all. I applied as instructed, starting with the roots, even left it on longer. Washed my hair with the shampoo provided and was left with gray roots and red ends. I really wanted to like this product but just wasn’t for me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Can’t get it rightGranted my red color has always been a challenge to professionals but when I said I want to go a shade or 2 darker I didn’t mean send me 2 bottles of 60% brown 40% red. Don't like new formulaBeen a client for years but the changed formula washes out in a couple weeks and doesn't completely cover my gray anymore. My hair is coming out too brassy and seems dry.
