Uneven results and color not as expectedI really wanted to like this color. I had previously received a color that pulled a little too red for me so my color was adjusted and more violet was added instead of red. I was excited to try this color as I love the feeling of my hair and the shine after coloring I just wasn’t happy with the actual color. This time it came out even worse! My roots area was still much too reddish orange and now the length of my hair is very very dark, almost black. I followed the directions exactly as stated and feel so unhappy I wish I could completely undo all of the color I have on my hair. Refund policy and productThe product color is nice but it takes only 1 week to stay in my hair. I returned the last shipment on Jan 9th and up to now a month after I haven’t got my refund on my account. UnhappyHad some real issues with Color/Shade on my first order, but the real issue is I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I guess I cancelled my membership .
