Colour is nothing like originally plannedThe roots colour has given me a band of light colour which is clearly visible along my parting, then ends colour isn’t copper like at all, it’s red/brown which has actually turned my lighter hair sections a Tully pinkish colour. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Hair turned pinkish at the rootsMy hair at the roots actually turned a dark pink/mauve. Is there another recommendation for a custom color. I was a natural red head growing up, now turning white and can't find the right color in a box to get back to red so was going for a strawberry blonde but if that turns my hair pink, looking for another recommendation. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Not the colour in mindI was very excited to try esalon’s custom colour however it just didn’t deliver what it promised. Asked for a dark copper colour and have been given a flat, dull and dry maroon red colour. The process has left my hair in a state to which I’m not sure what to do with it. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. No customer supportI ordered a color, the “colorist” changed it. I tried the color and didn’t like it. They claim 100% satisfaction but my two attempts to contact customer support have yet to be answered. Now I’m trying to figure out how to cancel, they don’t make it easy. Also having issues with not covering grayI’ve been using r salon for many years. My roots always stayed the proper color until they grew out. Something has changed, it’s washing off Of the gray really easily now. Considering that over half of my hair is gray at this point that’s not going very well.
