Crashed and BurnedI was really anticipating on receiving my first order. After following the directions carefully, I was deeply disappointed the hair color did not turn out the way I desired it to be. And to thin, I had such high hopes too! The timer did not work either. Not as expectedComplicated and messy process compared to box dyes. The " roots" mixture when finishing at the end was so strong smelling.. It nearly made me pass out and there was no way i could leave it on my hair or continue to massage for 2-3 minutes because the fumes were so strong that it made it difficult to breathe. And couldn't find anywhere staying to be prepared for that it would've opened a window. Plus, didn't cover greys very well. Packaging doesn't say how long coloring should last either. Order not as requested.I'm a mother so coloring my hair and even having the time to is a treat. I colored my hair today and it's not what I requested. My gray roots are still visible.
