Quality ReducedI have been eSalon customer for many years and I was happy with the product until recent months when I started to experience that the color was not sticking for even a week period, after the first wash the color started to go off the roots and within the next couple of washes the gray roots are obvious. During the dying process, I keep the color for an extended period of time on my hair in order for the color to stick around but with no success... it is disappointing now! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. I completely broke out from the product. Scalp oozing, burning, sores,The product was difficult to use and time consuming . I did like color although it didn't look the same as photo. Very unhappy left me with a washed out pink colour in my hairWas excited to try this product used this evening and it’s left my hair looking a very washed out pink my hair was blonde and I wanted to add copper to it, as the blonde was high maintenance and it’s now pink! Never GoldenI've written a couple of times and still this has turned my really beautifully colored hair mahogany brown, not golden. I am so disappointed and now going to get this professionally fixed in a regular salon on Friday. Did not produce the color i expected.I expected to be a dark, ash brown. My hair is jet back with silver highlights. I look like I have a ton of grey hair when the light catches it. (I had no grey hair before). Trying this product was a mistake.
