WRONG AGAINI am so disappointed, even though I had several emails with the colourist, she didn't send me the right stuff again!. This is the 2nd time I received a colour incorrectly. Slightly Disappointed with the qualityOrdered for the first time to try at home hair color, the color itself was much lighter and although it gave good highlights like feeling on the hair, the roots were lighter than the strands and looked uneven . CoverageI have been using your product for man years but I have noticed they the quality is not as good anymore, firstly there is not enough colour and also it does not last as long or cover completely. Not the color I wantedHair color only lasted one week. Spoke to a colorist who said I couldn't get the color red I want and have any gray coverage so switching back to Loreal or Clariol for Red or Mahogany with gray coverage lasting 3 weeks. Color is TOO DarkI do not understand what happened, but as you can see in the picture, the root only coverage you provided is way too dark.
