Coverage of productThe last couple of times I’ve used your product, I feel the coverage of gray has not been as good. I agree with another’s statement below that it seems like a rinse that washes off after shampooing a couple of times. Disappointed!I've been a customer for years and I never really had an issue until lately. The color seams to fade quickly but it also doesn't seem to be grabbing or holding onto the hair it has been applied to. The color now doesn't have that shine to it anymore. I have complained for the last 6 months and have been working with them to get a better color out to me, I have even sent photos with the right color to them. Unfortunately, the color I get back isn't even close and within a week or two has lightened up to a nasty puke Orangie/yellow color. As far as it does not stay on my hair, they just print in my instructions to leave it on 10 minutes longer. I've done that and knew that's not the answer. I will give them one more try and if it hasn't gotten better, I will cancel my membership. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Orange!I was excited to try this product after reading such great positive reviews. I went through the process and followed directions to a tee! My hair was not blonde, but a hue of orange! I let the team know and said they would adjust the color and I need to follow directions. Hmmmm, what I did. Anyway, I received an email that my order was about to ship, so I hopped on line and skipped to the next shipment. Received an email a few days later that they had sent my color and charged me! I don't want your products! They don't work Called customer service, she said I did not cancel shipment( what!) But when I receive it, I should send it back and when they receive it I would get a refund. 100% guarantee, I think not I'll rather spend $ at a salon thank you 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
