Doesn’t lastWhy, oh why E-Salon did you change your formula? I love my color but it starts to fade in less than 2 weeks. I use your shampoo and products and it still doesn’t last! It's fineIt dyes my gray hair. It doesn't really make my hair purple, it's much darker than I wanted, and it leaves colour on my towels.....but I'm not gray so hey 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not happyUnfortunately this came out nothing like the colour it promised. It has left my hair so dry and frizzy. I was so excited to try out the colour and followed the instructions to the letter, my daughter put it in for me.I'm so disappointed. Still not great at covering the grey at the hair line!With the two orders I have received neither the original or the reformulated color covers the grey at the hairline as good as the cheap color. I love the color, but I will give this one more order and if it is not better at coverage I will cancel my order. MessyI just got my first order of color today and when I opened the box, both of the color bottles had leaked. It doesn’t appear to be a lot but I ended up with color all over my hands and the instructions had color on them, making them hard to read. I wasn’t expecting such a mess. GrayI left the product on for an hour and still I saw my grays. But I decided 5 more mins. I decided to rinse and condition. After all that, my grays are still on my sides very bad. Hair is no longer copperI am very very upset because my hair is no longer copper it’s just dark brown with some copper in it. I don’t know what I’ll have to do to get it back now, probably go to a salon and spend £100’s which is what i was trying to avoid doing in the first place by ordering this. The formula of the dye was the same as last time (on paper) and I followed instructions down to a T, and it turned out like two different colours. it’s also not my first time colouring my own hair.
