Charged your account whenever they likeBe careful before subscription. If you would like to be charged and received products without even being notice, eSalon is your choice. And you don’t even have an option to delete your account details, the only thing you can do is to turn off subscription. I feel very insecure as they are not only charged me according to my subscription period but will suddenly shorten the order period, charged me with my credit card details with an email AFTERWARDS. It is really a bad user experience. I feel that they can use my card info buying their products and send to my home whenever they want and if you want to cancel the order they forced you to, you have to call them back and can’t do it online! 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Awful colour match.I ordered medium brown for my hair jt came out black. It is dreadful. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is cheaper than a salon for a reason, it’s is awful quality and it is not worth it 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not a pleasant surpriseFirst of all it makes me angry each time, that the color is only for roots. I don’t want to do roots only, I do not have technique for that, it gets messy. Last two times I was starting with roots but ended with color on all hair. Although it was nice and I was happy, this time it went wrong. I don’t know how can this be same mix as always.
