Did not dye hair, but sure did damage itI used to bottles for my shoulder length hair. The dye got really hot on my scalp, but I still left it for the 35 minutes. When I washed it off, there was no color, but it definitely fried my hair and I lost a good chunk of hair while washing it off. I definitely regret it. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Horrible!! Blotchy and uneven.The color was horrible! I followed the instructions exactly, but my hair was two different colors. My roots were so much darker than my ends and my ends were blotchy. I had to color it over with a darker color just to attempt to correct it. Kicking myself for not canceling my membership immediately and now I have another color set on the way. TerribleThis was my second order, first one was totally fine, covered my grays perfectly, no issues, this order was horrendous. Little to no grey coverage, the color looks atrocious, I’m just counting down the days til I can go get this color corrected I have no idea what happened between first and second order but this quality on the second order is so bad.
