What in the world is this?If someone would please get in touch with me,I’d appreciate it.i just applied my latest box and it’s terrible.the roots and ends don’t color match at all. It’s awful. gold colorDid not get complete coverage, for some reason I am still getting the gold color streak, not a lot like the time before but still have one. After one washing I have a lot of gold color. Would there be anything you can do to help this. I do not have any redish hair but i am getting a redish gold color. Difficult and not as describedThis was a hard application. I needed my husband to help. I won't use this versus the other all over coverage. I sent a message to Esalon about my concern, and they acknowledged my email, i still have not received a response.
