Orange brassy burntThis was the most upsetting experience I've ever had with dye. Looks nothing like the picture I sent. NO grey coverage. No change to current colorI was very excited to try this product, however it was quite disappointing. I sent in multiple pictures and gave a description of exactly what I wanted. Everything seemed right when I received my box as well. I followed the directions completely but unfortunately the color came out almost identical to my current color. There was almost no change at all other than a very faint tint of what I wanted. I was in the hopes of going from a light/medium golden brown to a rich auburn shade and unfortunately did not get that. I will say the quality and convenience of this product is amazing but the whole reason I tried it was to get a perfect color match and sadly did not. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. WasteThis is now my third order and I’m not happy with the color I was giving it a chance thinking because I explained and sent pictures that eventually the color will take instead my hair seems to be getting darker further to the color I even wanted I’m so disappointed!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Problem with the color containerI’ve never had a problem like this before, the container containing the color was the hardest thing I’ve ever had problem unscrewing. My husband tried it and I tried and it won’t budge. We did everything we can think of but it still wouldn’t open. I had no choice but to cut a hole under the container and dispensed it upside down. I was frustrated! I have photos if you need it. I’ve been a customer for awhile and never encountered this issue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the color, timing of delivery and the service.
