Needs a few adjustmentsColors not right yet, I think it’s pretty hard to get the right color by looking at photos on a phone. Have sent a few texts to get it changed for next time. Color Customly TerribleI went through process and sent a picture of my preferred color. What I received wasn’t even close. My hair should’ve been light medium brown with gold but what I got was nearly a black color. It was shockingly awful black. This company had no remedy other than to use clarifying shampoo and let it grow out on it’s own. Hola if you know how it feels to walk around with a shocking hair color you weren’t expecting.
