Missing productI can not open the color for roots and ends refresh and the developer has been tampered with. The seal was not on the developer all the way and the bottle was leaking. I uploaded a picture on my profile. Opening the color did not work at all. After failing with grip strength I had tried pliers and a bottle opener and the lid of the color has not budged. No where near enough productI put in the directions as requested, and I got only enough to cover half my hair so disappointed! The custom colour is extremely dark much much darker than seen in pictures and I sent pictures of my hair off before as a start point! So disappointed 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Didn’t lastMy reason for leaving such a low review is because after using the color on my gray roots, then I also dyed my entire head after two weeks of Use the color has already started to fade. That is a huge disappointment to me since this is supposed to be Highly recommended for gray hair I did everything exactly as it was instructed to a T.
