Permanent colorI asked for no ammonia and they never looked at the last comments and proceeded to give me ammonia in my color. Not what I expectedI ordered the color in light brown. I did a strand test, but apparently it wasn’t enough to show that it would turn my hair a dark auburn. It’s not a bad color, but not what I expected. I wanted to just cover the gray with my natural color, which is what I ordered. Not the color I wantedFortunately, I did a strand test before covering my whole head. Just okayWasn't as happy with the color as I thought I would be, After 3 days I had grays showing again. I also noticed in the shower how bad it stripped my hair of any moisture. It didn't leave my hair feeling good at all. I however loved the convenience of the whole thing it just seemed easy to mix and apply. I did not like how long it had to stay on my head but hopefully it's because the stuff in it was more gentle (I don't know) sure did not smell that way. I am just being completely honest. There was nothing that made me think this was any different from store bought products besides the price being more expensive. Excellent colour, but doesn’t lastI was excited to try this as I’ve been using box dyes since I was a teenager and had never quite found the right fit. The instructions are clear and the resulting colour is excellent and exactly what I wanted. But I’m sad to say by the time the refresher came around my whole head needed doing again :( not sure if it’s due to the summer sun or what but a refresher doesn’t quite cut the mustard.
