Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Great kit- terrible communication with stylist- not happy with resultsI appreciated all the extras and how well the package is put together. Needed a second bottle though and had to make it stretch. Pathetic color outputI used the color on my hair before such an important event.I washed my hair after color and saw, that My roots were still all white and gave a red color shade just as henna.I was so embarrassed at the event as everyone was laughing on me that what I had done to my hair.And the hair became so rough and entangled. And most importantly the color output was zero as if it all just washed away.I had to apply my normal black color to cover the red shade ,just the very next day.Its too bad.Will never refer it to anyone.I deserve a refund. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Color is completely wrongI don’t like to leave negative reviews but this color is nowhere what I thought I’d be getting and it’s way too expensive to be this far off. I don’t know what caused it, if it’s the color design or the product, but I was supposed to have a copper/auburn and my hair is basically maroon. My roots are almost black. I get color closer to what I want for $8 at Target, and now I’m stuck with this unless I want to fry my hair even more. Really expected better for the price. Disappointed with the colourThe colour turned out to be nothing like what I ordered. I chose a colour similar to my natural, wanted to make it more bright snd vibrant, not to totally change it into a completely different colour. Very disappointed. Delivery also took a very long time.
