NOW I'M BALDI woke up the next morning and had a big ball spot in the top of my head. Had to cut all my hair off because I couldn't cover up the bald spot it was so evident. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. missing materialNice color and items received on 1st purchase HOWEVER, just received 2nd purchase last week and went to start my hair day before work, and one of the items that helped me a lot was the application brush. Color didnt match with my natural dark brown color and grays are not coveredI have a dark brown hair with few grays which is the reason i dye my roots mostly without full coverage. The amount of the product included in the set is more than i needed and i put everything in the color bottle into developer i had to use it all at once. I should have combined the color and developer outside of the developer’s bottle. But then i had select roots coverage only so I thought the amount would be customized for that too. I could definitely used it two times then could have been well worth assuming it actually worked. I ended up having a red hue in the roots and where i used rest of it randomly in my hair i have now dark red highlights without any coverage in grays. I added a note and pictures for my second order as I still want to give it a try and if it works better this time i will update my review and continue my subscription. Otherwise i will have to cancel it. Also i added the new root concealer like a powder one with my order which is completely useless for $18. It doesnt stick on the hair itself but the scalp only. I end up having a big dark mark in my scalp while grays are visible and looks so obvious. System doesnt allow me to submit a review for that item.. but wanted to mention about that here as i had high expectations based on its price. Overall the box the set comes in very appealing made me feel very special and the root concealer comes in a high end durable container with a mirror but both items in my order didnt meet with my expectations. If it worked i wouldnt care about its high end price too but if i will end up wasting my time and money without satisfying results then no reason for me to stay as the customer.
