I don't like the stripe lookYesterday, 2 Dec 24, I finally had a chance to use the newest color {Medium Brown (Golden)}. This is the 3rd color I have tried per the colorist Jennifer, and the 3rd fail…for lack of a better term. I feel like I’m back to square one with the “stripe” look on my roots. Granted the 2nd color was off, but better than the first and third. This recent color gave me pause when the color looked so light in the bottle when it first arrived, but it did darken up a bit before using it…whew. When mixed, it did darken up as well, and I left it on 45-50 minutes just in case. But alas, I have that stripe look. I thought it may be the lighting, but today I look like it’s time to color my roots and it was just done yesterday. My husband says it doesn’t look “that bad” and he mentioned that I do have spray to cover it up until we do it again…ho hum. My roots look “tinted”, but not colored and I am far from looking natural with the stripe down the middle of my head. I don’t like spending money to look goofy and I’d like to get away from using the spray on color to look halfway decent, but here I am. I have used all your recommendations, but I don’t see my hair getting lighter to ever match the color/s you recommend. Perhaps others like the stripe look, but it's just not for me...I don't like it. Does not workTotally disappointed, unfortunately. The dye didn’t work at all. After following all the instructions, I applied the dye to my roots, waited 35 minutes, and the result was incomprehensible. I ended up with slightly lighter roots but no color at all. Zero Gray CoverageWe even left the color on for longer than 30 minutes. It was so awful. It just rinsed right out and left all the gray. Went down to Kroger, bought Schwarzkopf Keratin color in Onyx Black and it covered all the gray and delivered amazing hair color. Cancelled this mess. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Poor Grey CoverageI was very excited when I received the color package. It looked fancy with detailed instructions. I carefully followed the guidance to color my hair, which had the grey roots. I had a short hair cut recently and ready for a great result. After coloring was done, the grey had no coverage. the side lines, the forehead & my parts were still white + the whole hair turned out 2 shades darker than what I have. That wasn't my desired outcome. Six days later I washed my hair, guess what? My grey even showed more after the first wash. The 3 star is only for its packaging and effort. Root and Hair colorMy roots took however, my hair is still too light. I don’t know if it’s because I’m only suppose to work the diluted color on my hair for few minutes. The color is light and dull. Does not cover grays at allI have communicated this with them to add more gray coverage and it's the exact opposite l, it's worse! I'm thinking about ending my subscription due to this.
