I haven’t received the product yet and was purchased since January 10.Very disappointed after purchasing a colour for the first time and haven’t get the order yet when I looked at the account and said that I was in flex plan meaning that they will get money from my card no permission I did for this. Color is way offI tried this for the first time… sent pictures of where my hair is and what i (wanted to get close to (extensions that i wanted to wear) I even spoke to a colorist on the phone to be sure we were on the same page and answer any questions. Initially perfect colourI’ve slightly added more red to my copper which I love however when washed off the colour was a slightly different colour to my roots. Today I have washed it for the first time an my roots are now noticeably orange in comparison the the red hair. If I could give 0 I wouldI was excited to try this and save money doing my own hair at home but I never even got my first shipment. When I tracked it, it kept saying it was on its way. I contacted customer service to see if I could get another one shipped since I had an event coming up soon and needed my hair done and it was obviously lost in the mail. They responded by telling me to wait another week since I was not going to get it on time regardless.. I had ready waited almost a month (my next order was being ready to be shipped). A good reputable company would’ve shipped it to me overnight since it had breads been almost a month since I ordered my product and I had been patient about it. You don’t tell your customer you’re out of luck you’ll have to wait some more because we don’t want to spend the extra money over nighting it. Shame on you. Instead of saving money, I ended up spending more because I had to go to a salon at the last minute and I’m sure everyone knows how hard it is to get into a good salon at the last minute. I still haven’t gotten my product or refund since they still have the hope that my product will arrive sometime in the future. SMH and Rolling my eyes. Seriously! Wake up!
