Second bad color in a rowI'm so tired of the horrible colors this company sends and the so called color specialists that are supposed to help you fix their mishaps. ColorI just colored my hair for the new year and am unfortunately unhappy with it. I found the instructions a little difficult to follow (unless you have someone helping you) but most of all the color was not quite what I was hoping and the coverage was spotty in places and didn't cover the gray around my hairline. Fifth Element OrangeI am mostly disappointed in myself for trusting something I saw on the internet. I trusted that I found somewhere to get professional quality dye but that’s not at all what I received. I wanted to take my hair from blonde to a cute natural copper red? Easy right? Nope I look like a pumpkin. Even with giving pictures of my current hair color and hair goals. I’m beyond disappointed and upset. Too top off the insult, my hair now feels dry and damaged from DEPOSITING PIGMENT BACK INTO MY HAIR. That makes zero sense, there was less damage after the bleaching a year ago than there is now. Sent wrong color and turned my hair almost black. Not happy!Beyond disappointed and angry with what I received. I was sent a dye that dyed my hair almost black.
