To long of a shipping process and wrong color.I waited so long for this to get here I think it took 5 or 6 weeks to here and by the it got here I had already colored my hair. I had to wait a month but I got sick so it was delayed again. So I finally tried it and I was so disappointed.There was no no light copper that I wanted. I sent a photo of my hair clearly showing the color that I wanted and picked it out of you color chart and even told you to make a little redder. I texted you he informed you what had happen and all you said was I'll send you a free shipment of it. I stated that I didn't want it because it was the wrong color only for them to come back with the same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would be calling me soon. Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself! I haven’t received the product yet and was purchased since January 10.Very disappointed after purchasing a colour for the first time and haven’t get the order yet when I looked at the account and said that I was in flex plan meaning that they will get money from my card no permission I did for this.
