does not lastI am disappointed in the product because it simply does not last. I think the color is great the first week and by the third week I have a whole new different color which is much lighter than the original and brassy. I am canceling my future orders because it's not a good value for me and I shouldn't have to color my hair every 2-3 weeks to have a great color. Hair like strawI requested an ash blond color for my thick, shoulder length hair. Unfortunately, the end result was dry, dull hair with way too much gold. The shampoo provided dried my hair terribly and the tiny amount of conditioner that was in the kit didn't even cover one eight of my hair. My hair feels and looks like dried out straw. Instead of providing silly extras like stain-remover and extra gloves, why doesn't esalon simply provide a sufficient amount of conditioner like L'Oreal does? Pulled redAs I explained, my hair pulls red, now it is ruined. You promised you can pick the color that it would not happen. You truly cannot test a site, without disrupting the mixture.
