Didn’t change colour as requested at allFollowed instructions to the letter, my hair looked the same as before although it did cover my roots/greys, my old highlights were literally still there - gave up and caved in to a shop bought box dye, very disappointed as this was the second time after being unhappy with first colour outcome.
