My hair turned orange.I don’t know what happened. The first bottle that they had sent me foamed up purple. I’ve never had a hair color turned that color. My hair turned orange. Nice color but short livedI'm going to give this another try, but I've used this twice and both times the color is beautiful, but fades. I expect it to fade some, but this color seems to fade within 2 to 3 weeks after coloring. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I did not want more than one and they sent it anywayI have been trying for weeks to get my $ back as they send you color monthly without permission. I told them I didn't even try the first one and I don't want a 2nd hence please refund my money. So far, no money. I am going to try the product that I got on the first order and review the good, the bad and the ugly. Ruined my hairYou are told your hair photos are sent to a colourist which is a lot of rubbish . I have emailed you several times . Color didn't lastI really loved the initial color- but now that it has been a couple weeks the color has completely faded and my hair is left lighter and brassier than before. I wanted an ash brown to take the red out, but now it seems worse than before. Really disappointed as I have had good results with this hair color before. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
