It Worked!This was my first time and I was nervous. My hair appointment is tomorrow and I didn't cancel it yet just in case I had screwed up :) but I just washed it and WOW - it looks great! People dont know I color my hairThe color is so my natural color that when I get my hair cut the hairdresser doesn't know its colored till I tell her! People think I am younger than am. Beautiful color!!I originally ordered from esalon and the color I received was way too dark, pretty much black. I requested a chocolate brown with red/mahogany tint. Since I was not satisfied customer service immediately answered my email, apologized, and credited my account making my next color free. I figured even though the color was too dark the quality was great, it did not damage my hair too much even though I used permanent dye, and my hair was more shiney. I gave it another try being my next color was free. It was easy to make changes and explain the color I wanted. Sure enough, my new color came and it was exactly what I wanted. The only thing was I chose semi-permanent so it obviously doesn't seem to be lasting as long as permanent, which I expected, but it really has faded much faster. Overall, I am satisfied, I've recommended esalon to friends and family also. If your on a budget or just don't like going to the salon and aren't completely satisfied with box'd dyes I would def give esalon a try!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the ColourI love the colour I get for the first two weeks after using this product. Unfortunately, it does not last as long as a salon process.
