Easy to use and the color looks good.I've used this product several times. The color turns out a little too reddish but after I shampoo about three times it becomes the color I like. My only complaint is the hard to rinse out gel that is left in the hair right after using it. Kinda weird but it does finally rinse out. Worth the effortOf course this wasn't as easy as the salon I went to where I paid $250 for my grey to be covered (and they were inexpensive compared to any NYC salon)....but then, they used basically the same products (demi)....and actually took my hair color almost 2 shades darker even though I requested not. Somehow Esalon was able to match my color IDENTICALLY based on my photos, so this looks MUCH nicer than my expensive salon visit. Do I hate the time it takes?
