Nothing special. Same color as box and color maybe lasted an extra two weeks longer that the box brand.

Takes quite a while to come as coming from America to Scotland, new colour didn't cover grey as well as other colour.

Love the color but when rinseing and washing I really don't care for the slimy, rubbery feel. I think it's difficult to rinse. I shampoo/rinse twice after coloring.

Love the personalization

Love the personalization. I wish it had a little bit more gray coverage. I feel it's good for about a week then grays show up again... But that just could be how fast my hair grows. I've only used this product twice... So I'm still getting use to it... Still had a hard time with the residue that's left on my scalp, it's still there after a couple of days.

Took only two tries to get the perfect color. It last much longer than the store bought colors but does take more effort to rinse out all the way.

I noticed a slight difference between my trial color which I had used in May, compared to this latest one I purchased. It seems like the ammonia smell was very strong on this latest product. But otherwise, everything else was ok.
