Didn't get the same result as my firstThe grey hairs started showing up on the third day unlike my first order which totally covered all the greys and did not fade. My latest order didn't even cover the ear area even though I applied those part liberally several times while I was applying the rest of my hair. Good product result. Good quality and service. Ingredient uncertainty.Good color and tone. Not so red, which is what I wanted. Gentle, no harshness in odor or feel on scalp. I like that the kit is complete with all tools and extra gloves. The only concern is hair loss. Some ingredients can cause this in hair dye. There was one ingredient in the color formulation that only stated that it "may contain" this ingredient. I like the products so far, but the ingredient list needs to be specific and current. don't have oneThe colorant has been gentle on my hair, and arrives when I need it. With that being said, the first color has always been perfect. The second bottle of color has been consistently too brassy and red. I've asked for this to be changed, and I can see where adjustments have been made, but still way to brassy and red. Still wishing we could get the color lighter & golden or ashSince my hair is dyed a darker brown & the original color now is more gray all over; it is difficult to find a color that will take it to the color I am looking for. This time it came out a bit to red for me only applying to roots as directed & then washing it in during shower...I just miss my golden hair. I know that E Salon does not do highlights...but believe eventually we will come up with a color that will cover the new growth of gray & grow out & dark be gone; & my dream color will be there !!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
