Custom hair color was easy to use, and produced good results. However, it smelled very strongly of ammonia which permeated the house for two days.

Gray coverage

I have 1 little gray on the top of my forehead hairline. After I use esalon the gray is back in 2 weeks. Thats my only complaint. Other than that I love the color and how it dosent dry out your hair and how vibrant the color is

Great color, need the brush!

Color was a great match, but was really disappointed that the brush applicator was left out of the box! As a result, I was not able to do as good a job coloring my roots (and grays!) & left a lot of gray patches-not cute. PLEASE include in the next order!

The color holds

With previous store purchased hair colors, my grey would show up around my root area about 3 week into the current color cycle. I've now noticed that this isn't happening with esalon. The color lasts!
