Small changes perfected my colorI started with eSalon when a friend recommended it to me. I was having NO luck with my color in a salon: every time I went in, something was tweaked in the wrong direction. I would live with it for 6 weeks until the next time, hoping for better until I finally had to have the color pulled out, it was so bad. I was willing to give eSalon a try, my friend's hair was gorgeous. I was able to make small changes until my hair color is the perfect shade of (what I consider) auburn, it is a medium brown with gold and copper undertones that are perfectly natural. My dream color! Thank you for your amazing product! My hair feels healthy, it is my DREAM color, it looks natural, my kit is available to color when I am ready and it doesn't take three hours. Good grey coverage, lovely shampoo and conditionerMuch better grey coverage than before. Love the shampoo and conditioner. However, my visit to my hairdresser is necessary as my hair was previously heavily highlighted and is now light blonde at the roots and slightly darker elsewhere. ColorIt was easy to use but the Ash color did not work for me, it turned out on the golden and a little brassy side. It still looked good just not quite what I hoped for. I like it, but...I like it, and it was easy enough to do, except that I got it on the fabric shower curtain when getting into the shower to rinse it off. 2nd time around is much betterThe first color was awful and caused me to have to use baking soda to try to remove it. The 2nd time was a very close match to my old color.
