SO happy with the colourThis is such a good match for my colour. I really had my doubts. Unfortunately- I am not a hairdresser and so my applications leaves much to be desired- I'll need to do it again sooner than I'd like as I've missed patches but I really can't fault the colours here at all. Long lasting NO LONGERI haven't posted a review since 2016 and after reading more current reviews I am inspired to update my experience after years of product changes. My colour is barely lasting 3 weeks. I have started buying pigment at Sally's to use between colouring which has become far more frequent. Like many others experiencing this issue, I too thought that it was just me or that it must be because my gray is more prevalent (which is the objective of colouring, right). I have loved eSalon for so many years but, at this point, I'm better off spending more money supporting my stylist and having truly long lasting colour. I hope the colourist's figure out how to improve the formulation and/or bring back the old that was longer lasting in the beginning. So I can continue to support y'all. 😊 The fourth star is for the great customer service and the exceptional correspondence from the colourist's who do a phenomenal job of personalizing hair colour through photos and customer description. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I agree about the changes not doing well for gray coverageUntil I saw the other recent reviews, I thought my gray was starting to be persistent on their own. I absolutely agree that now, after their color formula changes and after only 2 weeks, my grays come in strong. I usually color every 3 weeks. The grays that come in after 3 weeks with the previous formula were not as obvious as the grays that are now showing after just 2 weeks. THE BESTNever going back to the salon for a coloring again! I am so thankful that I found E Salon, I was coloring my hair with Big Box Store hair color kits, doing okay, however still not 'just right'. I was just getting by you know? I had chosen to color myself after a total disaster at the salon which left my hair jet black - which is not even close to my natural light brown, with golden highlights hair color! I was horrified, not to mention the damage that was done to my hair, plus trying to get my hair back to brown, is even more damaging to hair. It's been a rough salon road, so, I just began to color at home. I did okay, however, i knew it wasn't what I wanted. So I was thrilled when I saw an Ad for E Salon and what they had to offer, I decided to give them a try and have been a dedicated customer since. Never a disappointment! OMG!!! The first time I colored my hair, I cried, is was unbelievable how I was my REAL color again!!! And so easy to use, way easier than the off the shelf kits I had been using. E Salon has top of the line customer service too, great service, great insight for your coloring needs and an awesome website with fun and helpful information.
