Quality of color is fading awayI agree with Anna R. who posted a review on April 13, 2022. I called to address the same issue as Anna R. a month or so ago. I agree that the color is not lasting as long as in the past and the quality of the color has been drastically reduced. Please return to the original formula or I too will be researching for another option soon. Convenient!I enjoyed receiving my eSalon hair color packages in the mail bc it made my hair coloring easier and more convenient. I like the color made for me, but both times I used the hair dye within a few months of each coloring and followed the instructions step by step - I noticed that both times it did not cover my grays and my ends came out darker than the top of my head. So that’s kind of a bummer bc I feel like it was kind of a waste since the point was to cover up my grays and it didn’t. Change in productI have been an e-salon customer since 2014 and I love my color. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers. The quality of the product seems to have gone down.
