What will it take, me quitting?I’ve been with you since 2015, and have recently asked to have less brown in my color, and add more purple pearl or Mahogany. Neither times has my color come to me correctly, so I write another note to my colorist in hopes they will get it right on the next shipment. This has been going on for 6 months and I’m ready to quit. All I would like is a mahogany coloring that will cover my gray. If the color I am selecting won’t work with grey then let me know. If the color I want isn’t available in your company, then let me know. If my hair will turn red when I go to use the mahogany,,,,let me know. Lovely color butColor is very natural. However it started out at the ordered color, medium golden copper brown but faded within 2 weeks to a honey light brown on my partly white partly brown hair. Color is a too dark, but I do like the product.How can I adjust my color? I would like more copper and less brown. This first time it was a little dark. Just a bit off...They did great by what they are able to do according to the business but it wasn't quite what I was expecting...they have EXCELLENT customer service skills and was blown away by that...would've gotten 10 stars if that could be possible and if they were able to achieve my ultimate goal with my hair color I want. Quality changedI have been using your products for last 2 years and have always been delighted with the colour and how long the colour lasted but recently I have been disappointed. The last 3 have definitely not lasted as long, the colour seems to be faded within 3 weeks and desperate to colour it again…..whereas before it was around 6.5 weeks before I was feeling the need…quality definitely not as good 6 of 6 people found this review helpful.
