I loved my color.I loved the color but it did not cover the gray at the roots completely. I even left it on and extra 5 min. It had been only 6 weeks since my last color so the gray wasn't that bad. Trying adjusted color - Update10 years of using your product, is still my fav color kit, the variety that I can choose from is great, the shampoo packets are great, but the bottles are a little pricey for my budget. This order had an adjustment on my request and Andrea my colorist was obliging. Andrea, my latest pic shows the adjustment, very nice tones on this one, thank you. Little darker than what I was visualizing, but that is ok! You and your team are the experts on adjusting! Game changer!This hair dye is the best I have ever come across - even compared to salons. I dye my hair a shade of bright copper that's always been difficult to achieve. After many disappointing experiences at the hairdressers - where the colour was expensive, patchy, took hours and often came out a really unflattering pillarbox red - I moved on to off-the-shelf box dye. After just two rounds, my hair was in awful condition. That's when I found eSalon, and I'm so glad I did. After a couple of tweaks to get the shade just right, I have found my dream colour. It's really easy and satisfying to apply, the colour lasts for ages, and I get so many compliments. Best of all, it leaves my hair in really good condition.
