Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you. Great color self highlighting is impossible!I love the color, the customization and the way my hair feels after I’ve colored it. But my highlights were a disaster and I had to go to my stylist to recolor my hair after it turned my hair a bright orange! She said that even she was unable to highlight her own hair. You really need a specialist because without using foil it’s very difficult to limit the spread of the highlights. Also it’s impossible to see the back of your head. The highlighter also turned my hair a bright orange (with dark brown hair) even though I didn’t leave it quite as long g as recommended. Great productLove the product because it meets all the requirement of not being tested on animals and is vegan. Unfortunately, with the tariff wars between U.S. and Canada I can no longer buy U.S. made goods.
