Great experience, faded quicklyI loved the packaging in the box, and it was easy for me to apply myself. I would have liked a bolder red, like a "little mermaid" red. It faded out quicker than the 8 weeks and is now a copper color. It doesn't look bad at all, but I'm still waiting on my hair color to be shipped. Too many graysAfter surviving cancer, my hair changed to a bunch of gray. Not even your product will keep the grays at bay for an ample amount of time. I prefer not to put so many chemicals in or on my body now especially if the gray is going to come right back anyway. After 3 years, I give up on eSalon.I have tried for 3 years to get eSalon to tone down the hair color so that my hair doesn't look red when I dye it. My hair has never been red, or even slightly reddish. Every single order has been followed up with a note to them that the dye turns my hair red. I give up!
