USED TO BE GREAT NOW JUST OKAfter reading the other reviews below...i too have noticed a difference. It is lasting as long as over the counter dye products. ColorMy color had more brown than Mahogany. My color from the salon has more Mahogany tones that are cool undertone and not brassy or warm red undertones. Still on a journey to find my natural hair colourHello, This was my 3rd colouring and even with the slightly lighter shade that was recommended, I still find it too dark. My hairdresser also strictly followed the instructions regarding the step "Blend for shine". Custom made they really do listen to youI’m a returning customer and I’m pleased I did return . SERIOUS ALLERGIC REACTIONI experienced an allergic reaction to this color product. Entire Scalp and face swelling and severe tenderness. Swollen lymph nodes on ears and neck. High fever and headache. Use to be awesome.I've used the Custom Color Set for several years and always had many compliments, even from professional hairdressers. The last few times I used it, the gray did not get covered.
