The color was easy to apply. No need for a professional colorist.I have very resistant gray but the personalized color did a superb job of coloring my gray. My first color selection was a little too dark, not the colorist fault, my fault in my response to their questions. Please be as specific as possible. Best line of color I have used!After working with a salon tech a couple of times to get the color just right, I have been very please. I have used eSalon for over a year and results are consistent.
