Love my colorI tried it the first time and didn't really like the color as it faded. So, I had re-customized and it turned out perfect. I have really stubborn grays, but this does a wonderful job of covering. It's just like I left the salon, but only cheaper. Way cheaper. Custom hair colorI was scared to color my hair. I didn't think someone could take my picture and look at my hair and face and to decide what color my hair should be. I chose the color , but they wrote back that they thought it wouldn't look the best that they could custom mix one to look much better. Do I let them. I was so scared to color my hair cause we are talking about red here. I have had some bad salon experiences, but this person only had a picture. So I did it.
