Darker than I expectedGreat color, develops very quickly. Also shipped super fast, which was awesome. However, it's just a tad darker than I thought it would be but, I don't hate it. It's a nice color and was pretty easy to get it all over my head. Didn't get a stain guard like the kit said I had, but it's totally fine. All the color came off my skin really easily with soap and water. I think this service is very great, I just wish the price didn't go up to 20 for every color you get after your first one. Not sure how long the color will last, but excited to see. It's supposed to be permanent so hopefully that holds true. Excellent ServiceProduct came delivered in the cutest packaging. Color mixture was exactly what I ordered. The best part is the shine that this product has, I'm older so my hair has lost it's natural sheen. Easy instructions, easy to use...has everything from stain guard to stain remover. The ONLY reason why I'm giving this 4 stars is because I purchased the Shampoo/Conditioner for colored hair. Not impressed with those products as the Shampoo doesn't lather well and the Conditioner doesn't detangle unless a tremendous amount of product is used. I like the color, need stronger gray coverageI've been loving the custom color picked out for me. The only thing is it doesn't really cover my gray hairs. It colors slightly but it's still noticeable.
