Great product and companyI think the color is great. The only problem is that it doesn't completely cover around the ears. I'm on oxygen and use a cannula and my husband is the one who applies the color. Being a retired hairstylist myself I think he's scared to put much there because he's afraid that itll stain my skin. I've told him not to worry about it. Anyway. I think it makes the color look more natural. Thank you for making my color to my specs, and changing it up after I do the surveys. The color is perfect!!!!Mindy was able to send me a color that perfectly matches my natural color and it did a great job covering my grays. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because I didn't have quite enough conditioner to cover my hair after the coloring was done. There was plenty of shampoo, but I have long hair and the conditioner didn't quite give me the coverage that I would have liked. Color was wonderfulI loved the color and my specialist worked closely to really understand the color I wanted. I would give this five stars, except the dye on the tips has washed back out to almost my natural color. There is only a tint of color left. Not adequate gray coverageHad high hopes, and will give it one more try, but if I can’t get better gray coverage, I will not be able to continue using this product as a root touch up. The color was great, no complaints there. It could just be my inexperience with the application, but I did follow the instructions exactly as directed. I wonder if I should have let it process longer than the 30 minutes specified?? Update: my colorist adjusted my formulation and instructions to achieve better gray coverage.
