Really niceI've only used eSalon twice. The first time, I ordered what I thought I needed. The results were fine, but I really needed an expert to give me more advice. The second time, the colorist who helped me was awesome. She talked me through the WHY she recommended what she did. The results were good with one exception... my hair ended up MUCH darker than I expected, and my grey roots weren't covered. I followed the instructions well, so who knows what happened. Looked nice but long ship timeI loved the color for the most part. It was a bit difficult to part my hair but I am new to this. The color was almost exactly what I wanted but needed a little more pearl to cancel out the golden tone and then something to lift up my natural highlights. Great productI love the convenience of e-salon. It colors great and doesn’t have the smell of other at home box colors. The only thing I struggle with is getting the grey at the “temple “ area to stay colored as long , It shows much sooner than the actual “re-color” time . 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Color is perfect!I absolutely love this hair color. Unlike others that are very popular (MR) my color doesn’t fade. The other popular one had horrible root fade after 2 weeks. It was bad. This color stays true till I need to cover my new growth. The only problem I’ve had was not receiving 2 pairs of of gloves. I only received 1 pair my last 2 orders. Great product and company!!The ordering process was very easy and they had a great first time deal. The coloring really started to show after a few days. My hair is dark so there wasn't too much of a difference. Unfortunately, I was allergic to the product and had to discontinue my subscription. When I called to cancel, the woman I spoke with was super helpful and when I mentioned that I had a reaction she issued a refund. She also directed to me to the ingredient list for future reference and if they can assist with giving my doctor information to just contact them.
