I was terrified to try it, now I’m thrilled!Rarely ever do I write a product review. I haven’t colored my own hair in 20 years. When I did, it always came out way to dark and “solid” with no dimension. And the bathroom always looked like a crime scene after. I ordered e-Salon because of the pandemic. I have very stubborn gray roots. I followed directions exactly and watched the tutorial videos on how to focus on roots and pull color through. My color is GORGEOUS, my gray is covered and not lighter than the rest of my hair, which was my fear, and I still have dimension in my color. It still looks like I have fine highlights! GREAT STUFF AND GRRREEEAAATTT CUSTOMER SERVICE (10 STARS OUT OF 5!)I originally posted a negative review only because I guess I wasn't using it right as this awesome team at e-salon gave me a call to find out why I was unhappy, I told them that they sent me a strong formula and I think it was wrong and it would make my hair fall out. Well this nice wonderful lady walked me through the process and it wasn't wrong and it wasn't going to make my hair fall out after all. So she sent me a new order since I wasted the first order by only leaving it on my head for 10 mins thinking my hair was going to fall off, and it was sent at no charge to me!! Everything that I had originally ordered was sent again, at no charge. I am so thrilled with this company and I encourage everyone to use them and work with them if you have any concerns or reservations as the folks on the other side KNOW what they are talking about. Love the color!I haven’t colored my hair in quite some time, I had decided to embrace my gray hair. After a couple of years, I decided that I wasn't ready to look this old. I can't see myself going back to the salonInitial color was too light, but I sent in my feedback and I'm really liking how the new color is turning out. I like having it shipped so I won't forget to to purchase it. The classic shampoo & conditioner provided makes my hair really shiny.
