One hang up...Hi! I have been meaning to mention this for a while. The esalon kits are wonderful, but CLIPS!!! I find myself using pony holders or bobby pins, and it’s just not great. I LOVE that we get two pairs of gloves, but if 4 super basic clips would be included, I would be grateful. As the directions actually call for clips, it seems reasonable to assume they would be included in an “all inclusive salon colour experience.” I feel like I struggle to have even sections that are easy to work with without clips. That said, I need to space my colour kits out a bit more as the colour seems to last well- I haven’t tried my new formula, but I have always been happy with the colour product itself. Almost thereI was really impressed with the depth of colour but like every colour regime I have ever used it didn't quite cover the greys as I can still see them - I think some greys or whites are impervious to colour and will never colour no matter what you use on them. I can honestly say that this is the best home colour I have ever used. I love my new hair colorI got my hair color kit and the one developer had leaked. I was disappointed and called. The representative was wonderful. She immediately sent me a new kit out. Perfection at its best.Third time using my custom color and I still get compliments. I am told I am so lucky I haven't started getting the dreaded grays yet. Ooh, but I have! Completely Customizablemy first order was good, but the color was just a little to brassy for my likes. I contacted my Colorist and we worked together to figure out what to do. Mind-Blowingly Amazing!Five stars for the color: The shade was on point! Five stars for the quality: My curls felt healthier and bouncier after coloring them. How is this even possible?
