eSalon has exceeded my expectations.I used L'Oréal RR07 in a box for years. Some people might cringe at the box color, but it looked fantastic. Then it was discontinued. I hoarded what I could afford, but eventually ran out. My hair has looked *interesting* while I try to get back what I had. I had many professional's do my color. It was always a crap shoot and it seemed like every time I found a good person they would move within a year. So I tried box color and got very very lucky and hit pay dirt, for almost 5 years, then they stopped making it. My color is PERFECT. It has exceeded my expectations. I am almost glad L'Oréal discontinued my color. This is the 3rd online hair color company I have tried. This is the best my color has ever looked from root to end, and it looked good... maybe not during the last year when I was trying and failing to find a color and formula that looked natural and didn't destroy my hair, but here we are. My roots are finally the same color as my ends once again. Holy cow this bothered me. I don't know how you pulled that off. I honestly thought I was going to need a color correction after my previous attempt, and in a sick twist of fate, my hairdresser moved, taking her excellent haircuts with her. I needed a person and did not have a person. My hair feels fantastic. You didn't promise this, but my hair is moisturized enough that it is holding curls. This did not happen with the previous company I tried. It was quite dry. I cannot overstate how perfect it looks. I cannot wait for my husband to see it. He LOVED my hair and made me promise to never change the color. Then my color was discontinued! There were no comparable options. It looks like my hair again. Saved me from the clutches of timeI have only started to colour my hair in the last 2 years. Before the population of grey began to overwhelm, I vowed that I would not chase that dragon I witnessed my mother chase. These virtues are only spoken by the young and foolish… and being neither young or foolish anymore, I began to do what I vowed I would not AND I’M NEVER LOOKING BACK! I literally stripped 10-15 years off of me and eventually I realized the frequency of this fountain of youth comes with a hefty cost (if done in a salon-seriously, whoa). Then I found eSalon because I didn’t want drugstore colours or quality, I wanted the best DIY you can get. I love how customizable everything is. This service is indispensable and I have lost track at how many times I have recommended eSalon to whomever will listen. Great quality of colour and complimentary products. Thank you for being there.
