Custom Hair ColorI love that I don't have to lighten the roots before using the custom color - in the past with over the counter colors I had to pre-lighten before applying the color - now easy: mix color, apply, rinse - DONE and Love the color!!!! Love the colorI have always colored my own hair and used boxed color. Always did all over color, never highlights. I have only used esalon 1 time all over following instructions and it came out with beautiful highlights, I love it and need a second color now. Rich color!I loved the product itself: especially the coverage. It turned out a tiny bit darker than my natural color, but I have received many complements.
