Glad I gave it a Second Try!!!I am glad that I went back to my previous color choice. I am so happy that Esalon did not give up on me when I hated the change. That is why I like working with this company. It was my choice to change the color and it didn't work, but they were kind enough to work with me to get it back to the color I had previous. Love all the products I have purchased!I have been using eSalon for a little over a year now and I am so happy to have discovered it! The cost of hair coloring is so expensive, and with eSalon, I am now able to color my hair when it's convenient for me with salon quality products for a much more affordable price. I have adjusted my color with the eSalon specialist a few times as the seasons change and I prefer a little lighter or darker color. I have always been extremely happy with the results. I ordered the clips, bowl and brush as well as some other hair products with my first order, and was very happy with all of those as well. I have never spoken to anyone in person at eSalon because their online system is so wonderful that there is no need to. I always get immediate, and clear responses from them. I recommend eSalon to everyone who compliments my hair color! Gray coverage is good as well with a little help from a product that eSalon suggested that I add to my specialized eSalon color.
