The questioner I completed to determine my personalised hair colour was comprehensive & well worth the time & effort to go through. The colour coverage has been excellent & hasn't faded or looked brassy at any stage, I've been very impressed & very happy with both the colour & the application kit & instructions I received. I altered my personalised colour slightly for my subsequent order & the quality & colour is consistently superb. I also ordered some of the finishing products which has made all the difference to my finished look.

Every time my hair color has been perfect. Thank you so much esalon for making such a great color for me, and making it easier to do myself. My hair is so soft and shiny after I color, I just really love this color.

We adjusted my color a couple of times but now have just the right color. It is so gentle on my hair too! I can do my own color, get great results and not damage my hair in the process. Very happy with the service!!
